Scent has no gender. Otherside Oils was built on the belief that fragrance belongs to anyone drawn to it. Our collections are not designed for a him or a her. They are designed for the curious, the nostalgic, the ones who stop in the middle of a street because something in the air just took them somewhere else entirely.

Wear what moves you. You deserve to smell like something extraordinary.

Not entirely — and we believe in being upfront about that. Otherside Oils uses carefully selected cruelty free and vegan fragrance oils. No animal derived ingredients, no animal testing, ever.

We chose this path intentionally. It allows us to create consistent, complex scents that honour the memories they're built around — without compromise to the living world around us.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance, all oil sales are final. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged — this is a matter of hygiene and the safety of every customer we serve.

We also want to be transparent about something important: scent is deeply subjective. What transports one person may not resonate with another, and that is the nature of fragrance itself. We encourage you to read each scent's description carefully before purchasing — we pour a lot of intention into those words for exactly this reason.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will always make it right. Reach out and we'll take care of you.

We're so sorry your order didn't reach you the way it should have. Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date so we can make it right.

When reaching out, kindly include the following:

A photo of the shipping label, a photo of the outer packaging, and a photo of the fragrance itself. This allows us to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Claims submitted outside of the 48 hour window or without the required photo evidence unfortunately cannot be processed. We appreciate your understanding.
